Paul and I agreed that we would each write the other's bio. So here goes...

Paul was born in Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary, Ireland, but he grew up in Franklin, MA. After high school he went off to the Cleveland Institute of Art and majored in Illustration. He graduated in May of 2000 and returned to live in the Franklin-Boston area where he took up web design.

Paul is an artist. That's the first thing that comes to mind. It doesn't sound like much, but it is when you figure that it influences absolutely everything he does. Everything has its own art. The perfect example is his recent adventures in cooking. Paul does not just make a meal. He wants to make it a masterpiece. Even a sandwich (especially a sandwich) becomes a work of art. Some of them turn out like Picassos; you wonder what the man was thinking. But usually his creations are amazingly good in a counter intuitive sort of way.

The second thing that comes to mind when I think about Paul is just how laid back he is. It's incredibly difficult to ruffle his feathers. Which I suppose is a good thing. It helps him deal with my frenetic pace when I set my mind on something. It also means that he's always ready for an adventure, whether it be off to Home Depot or across the country . We're not off to China yet, but if there's anyone in this world who'd be willing to follow me half-way around the world it's Paul.

What I love most about him just may be his ability to make things beautiful, funky, and somewhat goofy all at the same time. It's really... well, an art. Where I focus on the mechanics, he focuses on the form. Together I think we can come up with some pretty cool stuff (like this website).
